Event works as follows:
1) Players need to submit the predictions from Monday 00:00 to
    Tuesday 23:59 local server time during event week
2) Players can try their luck at predicting the event questions, true or false
3) 5 questions per week. 40 EP provided for each successful prediction
4) Question and Answer will announce on Wednesday to Sunday
