How would you guys suggest i armour my captain romani?

in blitz-> as much belt as you can fit (if i remember right it can fit about 10inchin GB->  0.2belt and as much bulge to not lose 1 knotGun: 1x 6inch EOC (its a bugged gun giving you godlike range, nice reload and good dmg.

And if your gunners are lvl 57+, the Romani can fit the 1x 10" EOC R aswell

No reason to.  You can basically outrange and overpower anything in blitz from afar using any of the EOC guns.

[/QUOTE]Not really a better choice (at least inblitz). Those guns are 4x heavier reload 3x slower and the dmg advantage has it only against CVs, and BBs ->APHC is the reason. Against smaller ships the dmg advantage of the 10" guns gets less and the 6inch outshine the 10" ones by alot.
