My gunners are elite and 107 now. Most of the time spread is pretty good when 3 or 4 levels above gunlevel.

BB5 I didn't get a solid (even spread maybe 1 jump) til i was 110 ebve.Took much less work than my uk/us sailors to make a decent spread >< Boost em vet and expert em is my only advice until their capped for their level. Then its all about what level they are in comparison to the guns they're using
