as a low lvl FF, DD, or CL just survive..try asw or maybe AA, dont engage enemy BBs..thats what i do when i grind low lvl ships,, and yes winning the game gives you more XP

In a small ship attack on higher tier targets especially BB/CV helps.  Survival doesn't matter except it gives you the opportunity to get more attack.  As long as you stay longer(even if sunk) your team will get more attack thus giving you more shared XP.  ASW is horrible XP as is Torping unless you are able to do considerable damage to a BB/CV.  AA is the easiest way to safely get good XP and often max XP. And of course win.

The only way to earn your own exp is in normal rooms. Otherweise you have to share your exp with the no talent losers you get stuck with on your team.

after some time from original post and some talks with a few friends I can support the title of this post.The best way to earn experience is to win, because is your team win MEANS that your team have the higher score in GB. Because of that shared EXP will be greater.Some player told me some time ago that 5% is no difference between loose and win. That´s is false because.....Win with 700K (team) --> 5% = 35KLoose with 350K (team) -> 5%=17.5KOr, the half to share with the team.Next time you, as player, get into a room know that WIN gives you better EXP that LOOSE, so, colaborate with your team to win.Do ASW, Do AA, Do BB,. do SS, Do CV, but always colaborate to win.
