sorry for my late reply, as i thought this post was dead.i agree that acc calculation are different on different server.the acc overflow bug may be fix and does not exist on this NFNA server, however,it dosen't disprove the existance of other function to determine spread pattern.the story of myself are in order like this 1)I have a set of KM 11/11 263 vet / 243 vet bve before 20" gun patch.Their spread were awful, unplayable, I grind a seaman (14/10 base given in the account) and use it.I call it an exploit in my case as not just their spread turned well, also range.Bullet align into the far away line and the new line after them.So I believed seaman add some sort of revision beyond cap and it work like huge extra levels for the gunner, at those moment.(2)Later I got 2 elite repairs into UK armement sailors and then turn them into huge rld gunner at 70. I got one to 150, one to 180(if my memory is correct).
Acc should be far capped both of them but their spread are unplayable, on pbb.leveling through 70 to 80 was hard, time is slow, i decided to even fill every rookie i have per level, into expert.miracle! The gunner with fewer vet shoot better!I killed expert and get rookie for the better gunner, to pretend to be fewer vet, it didn't work.So I believed that rookie affect acc performance.(3) I had vist NFEU forum, but really very few post talk about 7/12 gunner(4) After the 20" H44 gun patch, my KM spread turns bad. Range exploit didn't work.I realized that, acc value may be different for each gun.I raised an acc seaman to use.Stacking penalty and seaman calculation is irrelevant here.It helped a bit but very minor.Since I thought the rookies does affect, so I had not trim.(5) i got the idea to tune the acc from the china server later, however, their acc value is clearly different from us, 2550k.An year ago, some people claimed to keep acc TA to be just fit. later some people said getting acc TA to double or triple work fine.=====================So I made this post and wanted to draw attentions.I tested my own gunner too.I killed about 200 expert on my KM gunners to fit the 6.25M value.Now they work very well.Putting seaman on them make spread bad.My acc seaman become junk.......................... argh.my UK, RM, SN happened to be just right.Then it is MN gunner.They were at 90ish. I wanted them 100 to catch the 200% exp waw mode.but their spread is bad.I couldn't reach 3.12M TA (they were Lv 93)So I killed expert and get rookie to reach 1.5M and test. It don't work.I increased the TA to 2550k something, It don't work.I doubled the at-level-cap value at about 2800k somewhere. It didn't work.Then I increased experts by 10 a few times, it worked.I stopped their leveling now.Currently I formulate (1.05 x (4706 x level) + 1M ) X NI don't have a way to get a fine value. I need some suggestion, or the others to test. [edited] I fix a lot of typos.. lol
