If you could have the perfect USN CV crew what would it be?

I was wondering what are peoples thoughts on the perfect USN CV crew ( for base stats ,and how they should be classed up?)

There is a giant debate on whether or not you should use +13 or 12/10's or 12/10/10's, and when or when you shouldn't class them. I was just wondering if there were any players who have what they would consier a perfect crew and if they would share what they did to get them there?
 
Also, The majority of the posts are not as indepth as I would like on the subject. I just want a plain answer what would you do if you could do it over as a CV pilot? Or, what is your dream crew?

I'll give you a simplified answer to get you started. You can look for more in depth on the forum.
Pilots are one stat (yes the people in denial still buy/sell multiple stat pilots for high credits).  The only "secondary" stats you would look for them are repair/restore.
So if you wanted a fighter look for a +12 Fighter etc.
So an elite (+13) would be better than a +12 (except perhaps if it had high support stats but that's a preference).
For classing never make it a Squadron Leader.  Whether to make it an Ace is up to how many vets you might want but never go beyond that.  Calculations-charts-reasons can be found on the forum.
One more minor tid bit - skip the rookie pilot stage for fighters and bombers.  It doesn't add anything except Air which are not used by those classes.  What this does is build up a tiny extra bit of support stats.   So at 12 class to special, and leave it until 40 where you class to rookie and fighter all in one go.  Nothing lost.

[/QUOTE]This is not entirely accurate. There's no harm in doing so after reaching 120, and you do get a modest stat boost just from classing.

If you class at 120 then it will not have any effect on your sailor what so ever...

For the PCV crew wise I would recommend 2scouts 2 ftrs 4 TBs 1 seaman 1 sonarman 1 repair 1 gunner
