Oh wau... 13 days... I thought mine was long. Sorry I have also emailed to mods' email directly. Didnt realise you guys are full on.I really hoped to level some of the heroes I wanted to buy with the medals over the christmas... but I think you guys better take a break from replying those tickets.Hope you guys will have a wonderful christmas!Warm regards,Guinsoo

how long we need to wait? each day i checking my tickets and each day nothing... i just want to earn this medals and at least take a ship what i want to take... this is horrible.... and borring..

Hey smurf, if your ticket still not answer sent a other support ticket, about your previous ticket that work for me.  I have wait almost a week and I have sent another ticket regarding about the previous ticket ( tag change) GM's answered the next day.

for the medals, i think they mean to delay the process. People who got the medals would exchange hero sailors. They will grind those sailors in event. This will reduce the number of people who play NF2.

they are more busy dealing out bans. what are tickets for. you just get an auto generated answer and nothing is solved.
and tnf mods are busy in nf2 as well. at least some... so keep on waiting ;-)
