Hello,I am trying to access my old account. I cannot use the "forgot my password" feature because it tells me my account no longer exists. i heard about the sleeping accounts, whih is likely since I have not accessed it in a long time. I sent a support ticket with all of the information awhile ago, but have heard nothing. Can anyone offer any assistance?Thank you!

Find IDP/PW click that, and go to your gmail.

My email is not  Gmail account. It is not a matter of forgetting my password or ID
