500% vet convertion isn't properly working! not as it used to be

i was &nbsp; burning my IJN bb crew on early this saturday at 00:20 PST it wasa like having 400-600v each sailor ranging itss vets from 0-40 but when i burned it.. i was like getting 70-90v per crew.. i was wondering because this is not a usual convertion rate plus im using a prem account for better convertion.. pls i need an answer.. i hope you guys reply on my thread and find a solution on this matter.. it WAS a WASTE..&nbsp; &nbsp; <br/><br/>Binned by vinnson

It is random so very hard to tell.&nbsp; I tested it by burning 400 experts.&nbsp; Usually, I would have received at least 10 vet, but I got none in my test.

i don't think its even on, 'cause ingame under the event box it would say it in the description, which it doesn't.
