STEAM EVENT item 11 and 12

I am confused.
 
Events that can earn EBB Coupons. The condition to earn it was to spend the amount of Olive specified.
The current event is different from that. In that guide is written "charge" rather than "spend".
 
"If you charge over 1000 olives before every week's server maintenance, you are eligible to receive a Event CV/BB coupon."
 
To eligible for that ...
1) I need only to purchase in the Olive Store 1000 olives or more.
2) I need to spend in the Item Store for 1000 olives or more.
Which one ?
 
Another. How do I know that I got a coupon and how can I exchange it for a prize ?
Does the coupon disappear by weekly maintenance ?
Do I need to submit a support ticket to exchange coupons with prizes while paying attention to the deadline ?
 
Please let me know if there are answers other than support tickets.
I could not find the answer either in this forum or steam.
Does anyone receive EBB/ECV without problems ?

I tried it.
I charged a total of 1000 olives to my account.
After that, I sent a support ticket (select event category).
It was processed earlier than I had anticipated.
I was able to receive the Event Ship that I requested.
 
It is inexplicable Event, but I think that those who want to effectively use it can be used with confidence.
 
However, paying attention to notes.

If you charge over 1000 Olives, send an "Event"-Ticket to the GM´s.
In this Ticket you tell them, you charged over 1000 Olives and what kind of EBB/ECV you want.
 
I made it, and it works fine!!

I just charged 1050 olives. O don't buy anythingI wrote a ticket And wait 2 days I wrote on Skype And nothing I wrote on Facebook an they responsed me in 1 dayI charged anoter 1050 olives and wrote on Facebook They told me this :"Item 11 and 12 you can only redeem twice during whole event period " "mean item 11 you can do it twice, and item 12 you can do it twice"This is my experience. Just remember this. There are a lot of Noobs out there.Ships do not make you play better or perform better. Except maybe at low level and you buy a PBB. The PBBs are actually pretty good for their level.Your Crew makes you better so PLEASE if you want to do well. Boost Vet and Expert your crews. Dont buy ships and think you are going to do well.With the 400% and 500% vet conversions. You should have 200 vets on your gunners and at least 109 vets on your Engineers and Rep with minimal recruits. And I say Rep for a good reason.

It takes a very long time to learn how to fight in NF1...
Striking observation shooting, PBB makes it possible, even if low level sailors are on board.
(use appropriately strengthened Engine sailor)
Vet conversions, it is strongly advised to do with a vet conversion rate boost event and premium account.
Knowledge support of Newcomer is on another occasion.
