How to not miss good sailors when rolling new sailors

Pretty easy trick I found out through trial and error when looking for 12 growth fighters.The secret (works for me, might not work for everyone) is to focus on the stat you don't want to miss and for every click on "new sailor" read the number rolled out loud, if you get distracted by lots of two digit numbers (or something else) you will notice that reading your chosen number will slow down and you won't click past that sailor.  Focus on only clicking "new sailor" after you have read the rolled number out loud. This also helps with rolls that are not the number you are focusing on. In the long run it allows you to roll new sailors with a pretty good tempo and will hopefully save you a trip to the insane asylum after rolling past that great sailor.
