DROP EVENT FAIL

i have recieve DROPS of credits and points cant count it and havent checked my item box, but when i have a drop of AUTO FCS, i just ant to use it thats when i get to check it out in my item box, but sad to say its not even there.. i havent got a screen shot of auto fcs drop ... hayz, just posting my experience...... no AUTO FCS credits and points in my item box ......<br/><br/>Binned by vinnson

[/QUOTE]Regarding ticket submission, how long are you making the subject line? If you use too many characters in the subject line it usually will throw an error. Try submitting a ticket with a shorter subject line and see if that works.
