Despite a promising start a few months back the current regime's only goal seems to be to remove as many features as possible. &nbsp; They don't seem interested in fixing or adding anything useful to the game.

The formula has not changed in years.&nbsp;We are NOT customers. We are their minions and get treated as such.Figure out what your customers DONT want. Impliment that. Move on to the next Item on that list.Remove game content that customers want. See above.Remove Medal Item content WITHOUT warning.Make changes to the game that arenet needed except in their eyes and without warning which impacts customers negatively.Ban people for a hacker dropping BB6 New Jersey into your client. Never apologize.PERMA Forum Ban loyal customers for ONE post and no warning.Send in Tickets and get Berated by the GM for sending it in in the first place.Send in ticket for losing game credits in your Harbor. See you are not allowed to have more than so many Billion. If you go over. Your credits go into the negative. Get Berated again when you ASK that your credits get restored.Lets see what else........It goes on and on and on.
