Teamkill, AB, Ghosting
Well, since some players still don't know those tearms, I'll elaborate: AB involves players on different sides agreeing to let each other do things such that both get benefits. The classic example is two players taking turns shooting each other and repairing to raise attack for both, but it also includes such things as agreeing not to shoot each other, not intercept each others' bombers, and a range of other similar activities that help the offending players, often at the expense of their teams. Ghosting involves players on one team privately (message, fleet chat, discord/teamspeak, etc) telling friends on the other side about the actions and disposition of their own team, including things like location of unscouted ships (ie: CVS), subs, ships under smoke, and so on. The term comes from the fact that the offending player usually suicides or otherwise sinks early, and stays in the room just to do this. |
