I have no answer from them even from my sailors lost thanks to them they only block me to write and that way I have a red ticket for 3 months ... forget if you are not Chinese they do not give you ball as they did with the tradition of a Christmas event since 2011 that I have been playing until extrorted by the Chinese

im waiting 6 months now with no reply so i dont think they do,old nf used to answer your tickets within 48 hours normally and have your problems resolved within a week.those days are well and truly gone.EA has better cusstomer support then these guys now thats saying something

Basically don't get your hopes up, you are better off playing a different game that has a simular gameplay and grind out the tech tree before you get a responce
