You need to manually update your NF - download last patch and extract it into NF main folder.

If manual update also fail it means that sth interrupting update process. Check if your antivir/firewall isnt interfering. If this fail also, send support ticket. For most of players manual update always works.
Try this also:
Delete gameguard folder Launch fm installer pick repair Apply manual full patch (Blackpearl patent) - maybe it will work.

I also got this problem , and all methods I've tried except gameguard
But gameguard is a part of the program ,does deleted it will be safe?

It should be - after deleting gameguard, launch FM installer, pick repair - it should repair badly installed gameguard i think. Anyway if this will not do this, you will not be able to login to game cuz server checks if gameguard is running properly.
If you are not sure about it, send support ticket.

GM has fixed this issue with automatic updates, if you still have a issue, send a ticket to GM
