Unhandled Exception?

Hello guys, just wondering if anyone can help with this issue?I tried to create an exception for the anti-virus, but it didn't work either

Have the same problem, disabled antiviruses and firewalls and made exceptions to steam and navyfield files itself but still not working.

Heya, little update Got it working again!I uninstalled everything and after that disabled antivirus program and firewall completely and then I downloaded and installed all again. Got it working but in full screen the screen left lower side flickers
