Returning after years of not playing, and I don't see my super yamato or any of my crew. Has this happened to anyone else?

send them a ticket, hopefully they are able to recover your data. Same has happened to me, but unfortunely they weren't able to recover my data so i got compensated in another way

Just to ask as someone, who played like 2006 and lost all my ships, too.
I am currently reraising.
Is it still possible to try to reactivate the old account?
What should I write in that support ticket?
Just my InGame Name? Or something else?

Sorry if these are foolish questions, but it is a very long time ago since I palyed NF...

@Pflicht, no u can still send them a ticket, don't believe they will be able to recover 2006 data.. But you'll be compensated with 6 sailors lvl 120
