NavyField Captains,

TeamNF is now expanding our moderator team, to enhance the help to the community and enforce the rules needed for better gaming environment. We are looking for talents who meet the following requirements.

A. Fairness and honesty, treat everyone equal no matter nationality, language, race and religious

B. Responsible and good at reporting in structural way

C. Fluent in writing and reading English,  other languages is bonus

D. Weekly online hours 10 hours+

E. Total battle count above 1000+ and with enough knowledge about the game

F.  Must join TNF(TeamNF) fleet with main account, your sub accounts are not allowed to join any fleet and are not allowed to login unless approved by TNF leader, to ensure the neutrality and fairness

G. Account do not have serious offense record

H. TNF internal communication will use IM(Instant messenger), so you will need to install them on your phone and computer

I.   Friendly, helpful manner in helping players and at the same time able to defend bottom line and enforce the rules for gaming environment

We will analyze your application from various aspects including knowledge to the game, language ability, manner etc.

1.       Your real full name and game ID

2.       Self introduction and why do you want to join TeamNF

3.       Your gender, age, occupation, language ability and fluency level(reading, writing and speaking), city you from

4.       How many hours you play every week, what time zone you in

5.       How long have you played NavyFIELD?  Your total battle counts and rate your skill level in NF(10 score as most skilled, 1 as least skilled)

6.       Did you violate any rules before, if yes, why?

7.       In real life and in game, did you experience any arguements or disputes, if yes, how do you deal with them

8.       Do you share accounts?   List out all your accounts and accounts you used before

9.       The fleet you are in and your position/role

10.     Have you moderate for other game before? If so , which one and explain your duties?

11.     Do you have any other thing(s) to ask us or want us to know. If so, please write them down.

Those who passed the interview will become TeamNF Monitor and after probation period will be promoted to Moderator. Length of probation period depends on performance and online frequency.
