NavyField now only support with Windows 7 and Windows 10 system, thebest running system is Windows 10, 64 bits professional version (not fullysupport with home, enterprise, workstation version), not support virtualmachine, please do not rename the game folder with Chinese character, or do notset the game folder on C drive(not preset path) or desktop. Screen resolutionnot less than 1024 * 768.
FAQ:
1.   Installed .net, visual c++ 2005 runtime, game crashed when launchedwithout any error pop-up message, or always game crashed
1.     Please update the latest driver
2.     Please update the latest window patch version
2.   Anti-cheat (GameGuard) error
        1. Please check you grand theadministrator right on your system
        2. Please add the game folder into thewhitelist of your anti-virus software
3.   GameGuardreport
        1. If nProtect reported 3rdparty software, please uninstall that software
4.   GameGuardinitial failed, used a old version of GameGuard
        1. Please do not run the system onvirtual machine, GameGuard do not support with virtual machine.
        2. Please check with internet browser ifit can work probably, do not use any VPN function/software, restart modem,router, after that delete the GameGuard folder under game folder
        3. Check your windows system time if itis correct
5.   Displayblur, wrong resolution
        1. Go to game folder, right click onfleetmission.exe, select property, select compatibility, select color with16bit
                SomeAMD GPU users may experience low FPS problem/mouse or screen shaking problem in game and itis related to AMD display card setting.
                Please set your NF Launcher andNF.exe to setting as below.

If thisdoesn't fix it, try to update your Windows and graphic card driver.
Someplayers expressed that they are facing resolution problems on their differentsize of monitors. Here are the resolutions, please follow the instructionsdepends on which brand of display card you are using.
ATI:
AccessingScaling Mode in AMD Radeon Settings
1)Right-click the Desktop and select AMDRadeon Settings from the menu.
2) InAMD Radeon Settings, select Display.
3) SelectGPU Scaling and switch GPU Scaling to On.
4)Select the desired Scaling Mode? (Normally full screen is best for NavyField)
Nvidia:

Similarto ATI display cards, go into NVidia control panel and find scaling, thenchange between the settings to find out the best one for NavyField(whichnormally full screen)

NvidiaGPU have better compatibility with games, if the above solutions do not work.Then please play in Window mode(option in game launcher) or switch to a NvidiaGraphic Card.
        
6.Missing .net or failed to install .net
        1. Please go to game folder, selectfolder .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 and .NET Framework 3.5, then click the file toinstall
        2. if failed to install .net from gamefolder, please serach .net through the internet and re-install.
7. GameGuardcorrupted or missing
        1. re-install the game client
        2. Add game folder to the whitelist ofyour anti-virus software
8. Backscreen or missing screen, no problem with sound
        1. Check the DPI setting if set to 100%
