Client Data needs to be updated

Hello.
I'm running into this error " Client data needs to be updates"
when i attempt to login, even tho the version is Veteran and the client pops up the updater every time i load the launcher.

I do not use the steam version

Same, did a fresh install, still no access.
Sent a support ticket in hours ago, no response.
you remove the old forums with technical info to fix the issue.

Gave me 3 days of premium, can't use because I can't login to grind my chinese BB line.

Can't get todays present from the event either. WTF.

The incompetence is staggering.

"Client data file needs to be updated" same as other person.
I turned off antivirus and firewall during update. Done everything I can but still the same.

Reinstalled. Patched. "Client data file needs to be updated" error.
I can't receive my event bonus "Activity requirements not met."

Same problem here....can't even play during this COVID-19 lockdown at home...what else can I do?

What if we can't get last days Event gift just because of this problem today?
This day already passed more than half.

Was told by the GM to run the game through steam. They are giving up on patching the old client version.

I have the same problem with this clien update erorr.
Also got the premium account for 3 day, but can't play the game.... and also I can't redeem daily prices.

I'm not tehnicaly good, what does mean use steam client?! Can someone write us steps what to do?!

During the holydays and lockdown, we can't play the game normaly...this sux.

so it looks like this is just resoplved, I tried again today and it actually loaded the update, but i did miss out on one of the event items cool story
