jheez im at uni atm, dont have a lot of time to get on here. Official positon from the devs for us to tell you guys is that aaw stat has been partially reactivated, with a view that it will be fully reactivated. That's why some people thought that there was a T5 ninja nerf. Ask vick if you dont believe me

I have noticed that my fighters are being shot down in certain situations when they were immune before. Though I may be hallucinating, an official confirmation would come in handy.

ick11]Had a player who was confused and slightly frustrated about information from the website referring to the AAW stat vs what actually occurs in-game.  I told him I would get an update and I think it is worth putting here as well for our info:As promised I spoke with the GMs who also spoke to the chief Developer:The AAW Function on sailors is partially active at the moment.  It does not help with operating manual.  Manual AA is derived from the gun specs and mainly the reload and accuracy statistics of the guns.  However, the automatic anti-air gun from the ship is boosted by the AAW abilities so you are more likely to get an automatic shootdown with good AAW stats on board. The chief NF designer has been working on this to further improve the AAW effect on both manual and auto AA and will continue to do so.[/QUOTE]lifted from the tnf website (nothing secret in here, so should be fine)

Classing AA gunners on time may have paid off for KM.

Until AAW starts mowing down camping planes fast and hard, I'm not putting AAW stat above reload or acc for AA gunners.
