Does anyone know what level torpedo man you need for the I54 sub? level 97 BO is required but when I place my torpedo man on the ship (level 99) it says he doesnt meet the level requirements?
Each premium sub has torpedo launchers from SS6, so you need torpedo men with higher level. IJN SS6 is I-400 submarine at level 105, so you need torpedo men at 105 level tool to operate IJN premium sub. This rule applies to all pss.
