What is the advantage of RM CV (fp, db, tb)

the diff between the highest dp armor  and 2nd highest only 1-2 point. so does it matter alot in battle?

- Fighters:
nice ones, only behind US, i would say they are equal to KM in 2nd place
- DB:
don't waste time lvling those... they are almost as bad as UK
- TB:
2nd damage only after UK, at the cost of slow torps and slow TB, but quite usable
- Scout(120):
havent tested but they must be as OP as the rest of the nation's T5 scouts
 
As for ships they have small size and good armament slots, at the cost of poor speed an poor turning rate.
 
I'ts a matter of playstyle, i would not trade a US FW CV for a RM, nor change a UK TBW CV for a RM. But shure it can work just fine (at least better than most nations) at any of those config
