Neither I send evidence to TNF, I'm really tired of doing his job, and is completely useless to send tons of evidence to always wash their hands and not do what they should do.

We knew Russian Alliance (RA) eager wished the Russian port.
If we had asked,We would have probably given.
However, came determined to take as, even steal. 
They have used a completely shameless cheats,do not hide anything, with a barrage of 11 torpedoes UK,sink BB6 full bulge and armor, with 5 torpedoes exploding nearby,PCV tumbled full life,obviously they were not common torpedoes,obviously their planes loaded with some type of torpedo nuclear warhead, which would explain such a feat.

Your carrier loaded infinite number of planes,never the CVs of ARA did so many credits in port, add the total credits it made our carriers and our AA, and far exceeds the number of planes you can load 3 CV6 and 2 PCV´s.
Obviously, also ran their scouts mines, torpedoes, etc...

TNF, leave it in your hands to do what you really should do, you say you have the means, use them!!

Russian Alliance,I was always a very good fleet,I sincerely believe that many of his players must feel very ashamed of how they won the port,I do not know what value you have to win that way,this attitude of certain players and fleets is what is really killing the game.

If you don't report they will investigate nothing.
If you report they probably will investigate nothing neither.
Certain things you are describing are cheats what we all thought have been eliminated (infinite planes and SS torps on TBs) but you don't have solid proofs for show TNF they did that.
Maybe you can at least pass the name of those CV drivers and make TNF to take a look now for see if they find something or monitorize them in next HA.
Some words from RA confirming or denying this would be good too ... in the case something wrong was made maybe it was an individual player and you don't have to blame an entire fleet for that.
Also, some words from Chief Moderator or any other TNF showing at least a minimum interest for the issue and explaning something about TNF stance in this kind of cases would be good too.

Cracko, I'm very tired of sending reports, I sent samples to the cheats, screens, films, We even offered the help of a programmer to encode information, everything has been useless.One is a user, you pay to play better, SDE and TNF should give the guarantees, and not the player himself who seeks for justice, do their job once and for all and stop hiding these issues.Sincerely, one is "cheated" by this course of action, someone is making money easy, and stealing the players who pay and play honestly, and TNF are fully responsible for this situation, not only does nothing, if not worse than, sanctions and seeks to silence whistleblowers.Pepelebou.

Personally I am not interested in continuing in a game where the cheaters ones are privileged.
I am tired of presenting tests and receiving the answer \"que measures will be taken\", and nothing changes.Please do not say to me that \"had a good day\" or \"que the king of the CV-Player used this account\". They presented tickets with screens of this player and of ****, extracting planes constantly without reload time. 
If they believe that the performance of this PCV is normal, the days of this game are few.*No names. Well what can i say!?ARA  you played  very  bad  and  dont   try   to blame  players or  all fleet!Me  as  1  of  fleet leaders  of  RA  will help  in investigation  (if there  is gonna be 1)i can provide nicks  hwo played in CVs ! possibility that   some  use  cheats   its allways  exists  we  can't to monitor  it  from where we   are (fleet leaders)  i do belive  that  our players is   proud enough  not  use  any  cheat  a specially  against ARA!If   there  was   cheats used   by  Players we  will  give away  the  Baltiysk and  players hwo used  that  will be  banned from fleet   atleast ! ,the  siriuos  action against   thoose players should taken by TNF.BuT  if you dont bring   proofs   to your words ill see  it just  a common  whining  of common noobs that  whining  on every lost   and   think that    their opponents   are cheating!    Regardsp.s. [/QUOTE]I do appologise if I misunderstood, but I wouldn't pickup on the lines which you want to see and leave out the rest of context.I know there is a bit of language barrier and English isn't my colleague's native language, I'll try to help.What was said here: There will be internal investigation conducted as fleet takes pride in it's long history and reputation. I do not recall anyone ever cheating during our long life. If we find anyone using cheats in our ranks they will be exculded from the fleet regadless of their position and rank that they hold.However we  don't have enough information in order to act. We can't make judgement only based on suspicion, 2 screenshots shown in this post indicate high result from one of the players, I must say, this is high score that can raise concern. This is why until we get the definite evidence we can observe suspected players in order to understand if they are guilty.I can compliment you on decision to keep player names our of public eye, due to lack of evidence as this is correct approach, however at the same time I am concerned about some of the lines that labeling whole fleet of our reputation as " fleet that uses cheats". I would appreciate if you could be more careful using such statements. If you want to help us with investigation, please send us names of players via PM, also if you have any additional information that can help it would be great. Thank you for understanding and cooperation,Kind Regardschorcen
