Hero Sailors Classing

Hi Just a quick question and please excuse my ignorance in this matter as i am not fully all here lol thus why i am asking the great wise people WHO know if this will be possible.1) can i duplicate any 1 of my crew ie seaman 120 Elite Boosted UK to a 120 Seaman Elte Boosted KM.2) does this hero sailor have to be matched exactly as the 1 i choice to duplicate? as in nation?3 is this hero sailor a duplicate of the or simlair to the Nation Swtich class we had a few month back.Some help to explain the actual choices i have with this would be greatfull   thxDan

You are confused as of what a hero sailor is. All it is, is a sailor with +14 in every stat. Nothing more.

so does that mean it has not been class as any nation and starts at lev 1 ? or at lev 120.As if it is just lev 1 for so many point to get one it is a bit steep but idf it is at 120 and no nation class then sweet.
