Ticket not answered

It's been 13 days since I wrote a ticket about starting a new fleet, and having the fleet tag for the fleet. How long should I be waiting.<br/><br/>Binned by vinnson

i wouldn't hold your breath, a mod just quit and the rest are dealing with a few hundred ban tickets after SDE's recent cockup

Smurf I am sorry that your ticket is taking so long, unfortunately the ticket system has literally been flooded with tickets which we are trying to answer.
