Ticket response time?

I opened a ticket last Saturday (April 8th) to hopefully get my old ships/sailors restored, but still haven't heard back. Is it typical for support tickets to take so long to be answered?

as of recently yes it does take a while to get a response just be patient.

Same here. Been waiting for a few days already. Some said they have been waiting for months.

Hopefully it doesn't too long, I just sent mine in this morning. You'd think that since these accounts have things we paid IRL money for in many cases that it wouldn't be "archived" to begin with. If they're serious about wanting old players to come back they may want to make it a bit more painless to get our old ships and such back.

[/QUOTE]agreed, don't think accounts should ever enter archive, ppl should be able to come back years later and start right back up again, not wait days for a ticket to be answered
