Ticket response time?

well that is better than the normal ticket handling process.
1. Submit ticket
2. Ticket answer with " we are working on the issue" Ticket closed.
3. Open a new ticket with re: and ref the original ticket...
4. Ticket answer with " we are working on the issue" Ticket closed.
10 yrs later.... issue still not fixed... same ticket system.
stir repeat.
Its called customer service the SDE/TNF way - Dealing with tickets 101.
Hey look I closed 200 tickets today ..woot.
Maybe I will run a customer service survey on steam when NF is released there...?

Recovering an account is not an easy process with the way SDE have coded the system, While I was in TeamNF I had the ability to help with this and it did enable the process to be faster, I do think they need to look at it.I'd be more than happy to assist again if they would like.Regards,vk222u.
