Bring back trade!

Bring back trade, now that accounts have been secured and a mass ban wave have cost people a lot of accounts and crews, it's time to bring back trade, at lease bring back the trade board menu in the harbor. Please and thank you.

can you explain why and how it would be hard with the current situation @mido?

Surely by this point with the majority of players back online after they've updated their personal information and verified their accounts, it should be possible for TNF/FM to allow Trade again?

The original reason was due to scammers, but every game has scamming and it's the buyer's responsibilty to check what their paying for is legit and that they don't pay for things with real world money unless they want to purchase from the actual game store and support the game.

I think now we've given up personal and sensetive information we should be allowed to trade again as thanks for putting up with the drama and issues that were caused by the sudden change in the game's policy and this should be the new way to allow trade in the game again.

If you guys actually implemented the security messures that you requested from us properly, then it shouldn't be an issue anymore and you can use those details to protect players from being scammed and robbed of their credits/points/sailors due to dodgy sellers/buyers.

I think open trade would be tough, but the trade system, flawed as it was, would be a push in the right direction.

Credits exploit? Well i've never heard of that one... but if it's from when people "gifted" other's credits to help them with purchasing new ships, then thats a pretty sad reason for the trade to not be allowed anymore.

Unless players dedicate thousands of games to playing from an FF upto BB, they'll be grinding credits for ages to buy their bb6/cv6's.  The only way to effectively earn credits is to run premium and be a fighter CV which is scarce in GB's as all CV's typically just BW or TBW and not everyone in the game actually owns a CV or have a crew for it..

and again, it's upto the trader if they want to give away their credit's / point's to help others.. some people I know have maxed out their credits/points and have no need for them (or they have a stupid amount and cant really spend it on anything worth while so they just deposit it into fleet banks now to fund harbour assaults/defences) so if "giving away credit's/point's" is an offense, then it needs to be clearly stated in the rules.

no excuse for not having the trade system back mate. I have 600mil of useless credit for the last 5yrs. it was locked off due to guys being scammed, but the system that you can post crews and sell can still work. We're not asking for the area 13 to be  back active, Just the HQ tading
