Time: Spring of 2023 (Feb to Mar)

Map: Blue Ocean

Registration method: Registration is based on fleet, Fleet leader submit the registration list with IDs through ticket system, and get the GM contact method. We allowed multiple teams from same Fleet but not same ID


Notes:

Any members of the registered team can change before the deadline of registration.

Any IDs registered before the end of registration cannot represent other Fleet when he leaves fleet.

**All players in same team need to use same fleet tag in the league**

Deadline of Registration: 10 Feb 2023

League kick off: 24 Feb 2023 (Match table and time will announce after end of registration period)


Rules:

1. Single Elimination, match is based on the draw after registration period, winning team will go to the next stage

2. Team setup limited to 10BB, 3CV, 3SS, no restriction on other ship types.

3. Time for each match is 45 minutes, GM/ referee will announce stop signal when time is up, both teams need to stop and leave the room. GM will decide winning team based on the survived ships with following rules:

Winning team with more ships survived, if same then;

Winning rule II: If numbers of survived ships are same, the number of sunken BB;

Winning rule III: If number of survived ships and BB are the same, then count on                              the team attack;


4. SS 033-Type, Project X-D(Duck), Blackpearl and Turtle ship are not allowed to join the league, GM will kick all these ships.

5. No limitation on the normal weapon setup.

6. No smoke bomb allowed during the match, if smoke bomb launched, and its used for defend or attack, GM will stop the match and announce the result.

7. No limitation on CV setup, Fighter or Bomber only CV is allowed

8. Reporter is allowed for live streaming, however this ID must be a member of the team registration. Reporter must use FFY stay in the same registration Fleet/team, stay in the room after retreat at start of battle.

**Please note that each fleet allows 1 reporter only**

Notes:

1. Room: Battle room should be setup by GM/Referee, and BBS announcement invited both team players to join the room after room up

2. Match start: Room will close after 5 minutes, and no more players can join the room. GM/Referee will start counting on the team members.

3. Disconnect: If disconnect within 1 minute after battle start, team with disconnected player(s) can call for a rematch. Each team can call for a rematch once in each matchup

4. Desync: If desync during match, GM/Referee will arise stop signal, and based on the result, announce match result or rematch.

5. Reporter: We are pleased player who have live channel to apply for live streaming. Reporter account need to register for Navyfield more than 1 year and joined Fleet, must be the ID in the Fleet registration list. Reporter must use FFY stay in the same registration team, stay in the room after retreat at start of battle.

**Please note that each fleet allows 1 reporter only**

6. Account suspension: Please beware of accounts, any registered account(s) got suspension before the match, he/she needs to take responsibility and no substitution for the team

Champion:

Total of 3 BB/CV7 (Fleet leader please send your decision through support ticket)

All 15 Team members have 100 Kpcoins, 200 of EXP+30%, 10+1 Deluxe series Expert Increase +100 Item Pack x2 (2200 Experts)

1st Runner up:

1 BB/CV7 (Fleet leader please send your decision through support ticket)
All 15 Team members have 50 Kpcoins, 100 of EXP+30%, 5 of Expert Increase +100 Item Pack x2 (1000 Experts)

2nd Runner up:
1 BB/CV6.5 (Fleet leader please send your decision through support ticket)
All 15 Team members have 50 Kpcoins, 50 of EXP+30%, Expert Increase +100 Item Pack x2 (200 Experts)

(Since the league is Single Elimination, we will not have the match for 2nd runner up, there will have 2 teams for the 2nd runner up)

First Question is "WHEN we playing"??? if GMs need stay in Room.

if we need play in Chinese  timezone .. 100% isnt possible to play for EU NA fleets with only 16-17 ID′s.

elimination system not good idea...so much effort for maybe out after one battle....
better shorten the battles and best of 3 or even better real league system
45min is too long...anyway....

i dont speak chinese but i see 2 different setups.

2、比赛参赛船只数量最大为15。且BB最大数量为10艘，CV最大数量为3艘，SS最大数量为3艘，其他级别船只数量不限

2. Maximum ships are 15, and limited with 5 BBs, 3CVs, 3SSs, no limitation with other ship type.

15 ships max.
10 BB max.
3 CV max.
3 SS max.
if you use less BB, you can not use CV more than 3

for example
9BB 3CV 3SS
8BB 3CV 3SS 1CA

Question 1:back to my other questions "When we playing?"

and i dont understand this League event.

you need all ID′s with max ships for the best chance to win this  Fleet League?
so PPL without BB7/CV7 cannot participate without weakening yourself. RIGHT?

is a limit with BB6/cv6 better? for me yes.


But Question1 is the most important Question!!!!

if we need fight in Chinese Timezone , your 16 ID system dont work than your system dont work, and its better playing based on Fleettag.
